We are a Dublin based start-up social enterprise at a very exciting point in our development.
We are seeking a motivated sales manager to generate business relationships with customer in the education and employment sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives. You must have experience in a B2B sales role, supporting sales targets, are comfortable working with partners, generating leads and qualifying lead prospects.
We are looking for somebody who can hit the ground running and is open to the challenge. The ideal candidate would have an in depth understanding of the mission of the Company and of the demographic of our user base.

Location: Dublin / Remote

Primary responsibilities include:
Analysing the target market and identifying business opportunities
Building and maintaining successful relationships with new and existing customers
Identifying skills gaps for available jobs and matching with potential training programmes
Collaborating with BTWC executives on business strategy to determine objectives
Evaluating current business performance in order to maximise business reach and potential
Liaising with our marketing experts to ensure consistency of message across all proposals and business plans, focussing on the B2B relationships
Participating in setting targets for the Company and delivering on those.
Skills & Experience:
Passion for the purpose
Experience in lead generation desirable
Ability to meet or exceed targets
Strong communication skills
Report and presentation writing skills
Experience in the education or training sector an advantage but not essential
Experience in the recruitment sector an advantage but not essential
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work on own initiative
