About the job
This role will work in close partnership with a Project Manager, Engineers and Researchers of industrial partners, the project coordinator will support the R&D team in the delivery of project objectives in preparation for the launch of newly developed polymer oil and fuel filters for automotive applications ensuring the R&D team meets the key project deliverables, on a timely basis and to budget.
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Provision of support to a Project Manager in the administration of the R&D project e.g. cost tracking, order book amendments and schedule updates.
Creation and analysis of project metrics. "Production of project status reports and presentations.
Project Management and administration of some small projects related to laboratory tests and field trials.
Provision of support in the generation of proposals and bids through to successful conclusion.
Creation of briefing documents and product presentations and summaries.
Interaction with industrial partners, research organisations and internal stakeholders as required.
Creation of product tests procedures and field trials schedules.
Work will be carried out in accordance with our company’s project management systems, processes and guidelines."
Very good practical knowledge of English.
Have previous project management experience in an engineering environment.

Ideally hold a qualification in project management or a relevant engineering subject, preferably in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering and environmental science.
