About the job

We are seeking a motivated and energetic team member to help us exceed new Customer engagement and acquisition goals.

As a business-critical role reporting to the Managing Director, you will connect the marketing and sales functions of the business. The role will support the execution of our ambitious growth plans and as a preferred candidate, you will have a solid understanding of B2B technology marketing operations and leading salesforce automation tools and platforms that underpin lead generation and nurturing. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing integrated, data-driven marketing communications strategies and programs.

You are analytical – with a solid understanding of lead scoring and lead flow processes because that’s how you’ll track and measure your success.

You are creative – with an eye for designing and presenting unique perspectives that help shape the market view of Peroptyx as an emerging innovator in global data quality and model performance evaluation in the field of machine learning.


Own the lead development strategy, proactively looking for opportunities to improve the process to enable the faster, more consistent, and accurate execution of demand generation and sales discovery activity. You will make this possible by maintaining consistency of execution, enhanced lead engagement and lower wastage of time, resources and budget.
Monitor opportunities to ensure the entire lead-to-order process is updated for the appropriate stages, working collaboratively with Sales to ensure compliance with key Sales & Marketing processes including lead, pipeline, and customer data management.
Function as the marketing automation technology platform Super User, ensuring proper usage of the system in marketing as well as ensuring that our use is at the appropriate level of maturity and takes into account the latest platform developments.
Lead the creation and management of initiatives to gather and disseminate internal and external marketing best practices, including training.
Manage highly targeted, multi-touch prospecting ABM campaigns
Be highly organised and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan.
Maintain and expand the lead scoring models, ensuring that they are robust, fit-for-purpose, properly calibrated - developing and refining to incorporate more intelligence.
Produce marketing reports and dashboards to measure effectiveness and business impact of marketing initiatives, including contribution to pipeline, funnel and campaign performance, and making performance improvement recommendations.
Facilitate the building of campaign assets including emails, landing pages, push notifications, in-app, our website, contact forms, imagery, video and audio – for use on our social channels,
Build lead workflows to ensure that complex requirements can be simplified and implemented, including the maintenance of the integrity of the lead management architecture.
Manage customer retention initiatives through channel advertising, email campaigns and push notification activities.


2+ years of B2B demand experience for technology services companies
Hands-on experience in managing enterprise CRM platforms and related ‘martech’. MS Dynamics and Salesforce CRM experience an advantage.
Proven experience of scaling-up processes and new market entry.
A passion for partnering with Sales to help them achieve quota.
Creative thinker willing to test ideas and apply learnings to future campaigns.
Attention to detail, ability to QA and ensure error-free execution
Bachelor’s degree–preferably in marketing, business or a related field.
Designer of reference guides, knowledge-based articles and online help is a plus.
