Exciting new opportunity for a Team Leader or a Senior Administrator to join a growing team in Dublin: An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Sales & Marketing Team leader within the Education sector in Dublin city. The successful candidate will be working for the Latino American market and speak fluent Spanish is requiere, who thrives in a fast paced, customer focused environment for Language schools and universities.

You’ll work seamlessly as both a team player and independently as required, with a proven track record in effectively planning projects, while remaining current in an ever-changing digital landscape.


The role will provide many exciting and varied opportunities to showcase your experience on a day-to-day basis, including;
-Full sales cycle from lead creation to conversion & reporting
-Social media content creation & engagement
-Event management planning & implementation
-Offline & digital marketing activities 
-Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
-Prepare training materials, training new joiners and providing any necessary additional training to current staff, developing training programs that effectively implement all company policies and procedures 
-Assign duties to individual staff members and prioritising workloads
-Coordinate meetings & compiling meeting materials 
-Review and approve annual leave of team. 
-Manage the performance, compliance, reviews with the team. This will include setting clear and measurable objectives for each individual and reviewing at agreed intervals
-Focus on identifying risk and/or opportunities to improve and develop individual practices and processes 


The ideal candidate will possess:
-A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
-Relevant qualification in business, marketing, sales or similar educational field
-Understand the market with the ability to build business relationships
-Experience in the creation, delivery and analysis of projects to tight deadlines
-Experience leading teams to the successful goals.
-Team leadership skills, including mentoring, assessment, training and development planning
-Professional & confident communication manner 
-Proactive attitude to learning multiple roles and be willing to take on new tasks as the department grows and changes
-Good organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
-Self-motivated, goal oriented and ready to take personal responsibility for supporting team members
-Good teamwork ethic and strong ability to multitask.
-Fluent English and Spanish.
