I am HR specialist with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualified, with more than 14 years of experience in a broad range of HR functions, as Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, L&D, Organisational Culture, Employee Life Cycle, Performance, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Relation and Mobility, working with clients remotely and on site.
Through my master’s degree in Ireland, I achieved one of my professional aims, understanding and acquiring knowledge about Irish HRM practices, also as an outsider I know closely the struggles that moving to another country can carry.
